License Information

• The cost for Licensing our original graphics is $19.95 dollars a year.  This is a small fee for unlimited use of our original holiday images, web graphics and wallpaper sets plus desktop wallpaper etc. 

• All images remain the property of Courtemanche Custom Designs and may not be reproduced or altered in any way, shape or form, unless prior permission in writing has been granted by the owner and artist Shawnee Courtemanche. 

• These graphics may not be resold nor any monetary gain be acquired with said images.

• License contract will become null and void if any of this licensing agreement is broken and money will not be returned.  

• When in doubt, contact us at ccdesigns@HolidayGraphics.Com.  

• While these images may be used by the licensee for email, web site design, flyers, newsletters etc., they may not be used as an art collection nor may they be displayed on any site that offers any type of graphic arts collection nor be used as part of any internet greeting card site.  When in doubt, contact us and let us know the intended use and site url and we can let you know whether the use would be authorized.

• We accept company and personal checks only.  If any check should be returned the agreement becomes null and void.  Make all checks payable to Shawnee Courtemanche.
